Yup, today we want to tell all of you guys about fast food. We bet everyone must have their own favorite fast food especially the kids. So, we want to introduce some of the fast food restaurant that can be found in Malaysia.
Alright, first of all, the most popular fast food in Malaysia is..

MC DONALDS'

McDonald's first made its way to our shores in December 1980 when McDonald's Corporation, USA gave GOLDEN ARCHES RESTAURANTS SDN BHD the license to operate McDonald's restaurants in Malaysia.
We in Malaysia got our first taste of McDonald's when McDonald's Malaysia opened its first restaurant at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur on 29 April 1982.
To date, McDonald's Malaysia has 172 restaurants located nationwide and is currently expanding at about 10-15 restaurants annually.
McDonald's has created many job opportunities in Malaysia. McDonald's Malaysia employs more than 7,000 local people with 120 support staff at its headquarters managing the day-to-day operations of the McDonald's business. There is also a regional office in Penang and Johor Bahru.

KFC - It's finger lickin' good

We are an establishment that is run by Malaysians and managed by Malaysians; we took it upon ourselves to create a selection of food that would make Malaysia proud on the international scene. Kentucky Nuggets, for example, was conceived in Malaysia and then found its way to KFC worldwide. Today, Kentucky Nuggets is one of KFC's successes.
"Meals on Wheels" was also developed in Malaysia. It was created for the purpose of bringing great tasting chicken to places where a KFC Restaurant might not be available. So, any offices or companies can hold functions at any place and anytime!
All our achievements add to our Malaysian identity. But it has only been possible because you invited us to share your lives.

Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is the No. 1 pizza restaurant chain in Malaysia, and is fast becoming one of the country's most preferred dining experiences for both urban adults and families with pre-teen and teenage children.

Nando's Life

Nando's Malaysia Director Mac Chung Lynn first discovered Nando's while eating in the London stores as an architecture student. Despite her qualification as an architect, she was so taken with the brand that she decided to put the world of architecture aside to introduce Nando's unique flame-grilled chicken to Malaysia. And in the month of September 1998, Nando's famous Cockerel landed on Malaysia’s shores, providing the lucky people of Bangsar with a fiery taste of Afro-Portuguese Flame Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken. Nando's has since spread its wings creating more Nando's addictsas it opened restaurants throughout the Klang Valley, Penang and Melaka.
It is our grand plan to continue covering the length and breadth of our great land so that everyone can experience our famous hospitality and great chicken.  Let us take you on a journey - your own voyage of discovery of the great taste of Nando's.

FOOD PYRAMID

We think, most of people nowadays have ignore their diets. That's why, most of us have gain so much weight and become one of person that is obesity. So, today we want to explain regarding food pyramid. Basically, human being need a balance diet in order to maintain their health. By, following this food pyramid, we are able to maintain our health and fitness. The first food pyramid was published in Sweden in 1974.

Basically, there are 4 classes of food that we must consume in our daily life. Eventhough we are on diet, we still have to consume all of the food that is already suggest in the food pyramid with the right portion. If not, we will fall sick. The explanation below will tell you why are those food recommended in food pyramid are really important.

Vegetables
A vegetable is a part of a plant consumed by humans that is generally savory but is not sweet. A vegetable is not considered a grain, fruit, nut, spice, or herb. For example, the stem, root, flower, etc., may be eaten as vegetables. Vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals; however, different vegetables contain different spreads, so it is important to eat a wide variety of types. For example, green vegetables typically contain vitamin A, dark orange and dark green vegetables contain vitamin C,and vegetables like broccoli and related plants contain iron and calcium. Vegetables are very low in fats and calories, but cooking can often add these.

Fruits
In terms of food, fruits are the sweet-tasting seed-bearing parts of plants, or occasionally sweet parts of plants which do not bear seeds. These include apples, oranges, plums, bananas, etc. Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a source of natural sugars, fiber and vitamins. Processing fruits when canning or making into juices may add sugars and remove nutrients. The fruit food group is sometimes combined with the vegetable food group. Note that many foods considered fruits in botany because they bear seeds are not considered fruits in cuisine because they lack the characteristic sweet taste, e.g., tomatos or avocados.

Oils
The food pyramid advises that fats be consumed sparingly. Butter and oils are examples of fats. Healthy sources of fat can be found in fish, nuts, and certain fruits and vegetables, such as avocados.

Dairy
Dairy products are produced from the milk of mammals, most usually but not exclusively cattle. They include milk, yogurt and cheese. Milk and its derivative products are a rich source of dietary calcium, but also provide protein, phosphorus, vitamin A, and vitamin D. However, many dairy products are high in saturated fat and cholesterol compared to vegetables, fruits and whole grains, which is why skimmed products are available as an alternative. For adults, three cups of dairy products are recommended per day.

Meat and beans
Meat is the tissue – usually muscle – of an animal consumed by humans. Since most parts of many animals are edible, there is a vast variety of meats. Meat is a major source of protein, as well as iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. Meats, poultry, and fish include beef, chicken, pork, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and eggs.
The meat group is one of the major compacted food groups in the food guide pyramid. Many of the same nutrients found in meat can also be found in foods like eggs, dry beans, and nuts, such foods are typically placed in the same category as meats, as meat alternatives. These include tofu, products that resemble meat or fish but are made with soy, eggs, and cheeses. For those who do not consume meat or animal products, meat analogs, tofu, beans, lentils, chick peas, nuts and other high-protein vegetables are also included in this group. The food guide pyramid suggests that adults eat 2–3 servings per day. One serving of meat is 4 oz (110 g), about the size of a deck of cards.
